Environmental Wellness is the fifth Dimension of Wellness. This is what surrounds you each day, the environments that you are in on a daily basis.
Intellectual Wellness is the fourth Dimension of Wellness. This involves you continuously engaging your mind, expanding your knowledge and skills, and seeking out new experiences and perspectives.

Emotional Wellness is the third Dimension of Wellness – your ability to balance your emotions and manage the stresses of everyday life.
