How Life Coaching Works at Collective Wellness

Your coaching can be done on the phone or in a personal, face-to-face meeting.  You will be provided with pre-determined days and times that you will speak to your coach and each session will last from 30 minutes to one hour.

During these meetings, your coach will help you to recognize your challenges, then motivate and encourage you. By asking the right questions, they will pinpoint your needs and help set up a goal that works for you, helping you on your way to achieving the life you dream of.

And, if face-to-face or phone meetings do not align with your needs, there is often the option of using e-mails to communicate as opposed to talking on the phone or in person. This is just as effective as it allows both sides to take some time to think before responding.
